Founded by Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727, Jaipur was probably the first planned city in the country at that time.

Agra was capital of undivided India and that too for quite a long period; the immense wealth of architectural heritage it has is mind boggling. One look at the world famous Taj Mahal and you are overwhelmed by the very presence of it.
