2	Fill in the requisite details in the form. All your information will be kept confidential
3	Select the payment mode, check the *I accept Terms and Condition* box and click on *Next*
4	Confirmation page will appear. Click on the *Process* *Payment* button
5(i)	If the payment mode is Credit Card – you would be directed to the payment page. Fill in the billing details and click on Review Order and Continue to complete the payment
5(ii)	If the payment mode is Bank/Wire Transfer – Cheque and Bank Account details will appear. Make the payment accordingly
